Keith is fantastic. My 82 year old stepfather had to travel to Ft Worth alone for a family funeral. He doesn’t have a lot of travel experience and doesn’t even have a smart phone. Based on his previous Yelp reviews I reached out to Keith for help. He picked him up at Love Field and drove him to Ft Worth. Went off without a hitch. My stepdad said the ride was great. I have nothing but superlatives for Keith(Top Notch Taxi) and his service. My plane was late and he was aware of the situation and waited. His vehicle isn’t fancy but was comfortable. Keith was certainly a good conversationalist and affable; I found the time between the airport and my downtown hotel flew by despite the traffic because of Keith. I don’t use uber, no pretend drivers for me! If you feel the same Top Notch Taxi will validate your choice.
I have been using Keith for over 10 years to go to DFW and back. He is the most reliable driver I have ever had. I use him for my weekly business travel and also when my family go out of town. Kieth is always on time for pick up (usually a few minutes early) and find a replacement even when he cannot make it himself. Clean vehicle, reasonable price, and reliable service! Would highly recommend his services.

I made the travel arrangements for my wife and daughter who were traveling to Dallas on their own. I had some concerns about them using public transportation in an unfamiliar town, so with some reservation I went ahead and made arrangements with Mr. Ellis to provide transportation from the airport to their hotel (and back), based on the limited review I found on Yelp.com.
Let me tell you I/we were not disappointed. My wife reported that Mr. Ellis was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He arrived at the times he said he would, assisted them with their baggage, and was very proactive in providing good communication.
Visiting a new city is usually a daunting undertaking in itself, let alone sending your wife and child on their own. It is comforting to know that there are experienced, professionals like Mr. Ellis to provide quality service that he does. We’ll be sure to contract his taxi service next time we are in Dallas!
Extremely professional service! I reviewed multiple airport transfer options before settling on Top-Notch based on the few reviews I found here. Glad we did! His response time was extremely quick and we had transfers arranged in no time. He was excellent at communicating with us, and we were able to use his fare estimator on his website to guesstimate our total. My husband and I found him friendly and reliable.
