I made the travel arrangements for my wife and daughter who were traveling to Dallas on their own. I had some concerns about them using public transportation in an unfamiliar town, so with some reservation I went ahead and made arrangements with Mr. Ellis to provide transportation from the airport to their hotel (and back), based on the limited review I found on Yelp.com.
Let me tell you I/we were not disappointed. My wife reported that Mr. Ellis was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He arrived at the times he said he would, assisted them with their baggage, and was very proactive in providing good communication.
Visiting a new city is usually a daunting undertaking in itself, let alone sending your wife and child on their own. It is comforting to know that there are experienced, professionals like Mr. Ellis to provide quality service that he does. We’ll be sure to contract his taxi service next time we are in Dallas!
